Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks and meals on day sails, sunset cruises, and moonlight sails. A microwave oven is available for reheating prepared meals brought aboard.
All onboard meals on multi-day adventures to Catalina and the other Channel Islands are included in the rates. Captain Mancini prepares these meals and will coordinate any cuisine preferences in advance. Captain Mancini loves to cook! AND of Course he loves Italian but Captain Mancini also enjoys cooking creative asian cuisine. You can check out a few of his signature dishes above including the featured Chilean Seabass painted with a plum jam, topped with a mango, bell pepper, cilantro salsa and micro greens, over baby bok choy vegetables sautéed with baby bella mushrooms and shallots in a soy ginger dressing. mmmm right? Guests may also dine at any of the fine restaurants in Avalon or at the restaurant at the Isthmus of Catalina. None of the other islands have restaurants.
